Our Promise to You

Coverage, Repairs & Replacement

All standard products manufactured by Mediatechnologies are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original purchase date. Standard upholstery fabrics are covered for one year, ensuring dependable quality, long-term durability, and reliable performance across educational environments.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

To ensure your furniture lasts for decades, it needs to be used as intended in proper indoor environments. Our warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, product misuse, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by improper installation, extreme humidity, moisture, or excessive loads. Items not manufactured directly by Mediatechnologies are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
