End panels: are 1” nine ply hardwood plywood. All exposed edges are banded with 1/8” solid red oak with edges and corners radiused 1/8”

Cornice top: panel is 3/4” thick engineered wood. The cornice rail is 1” x 1-3/4” and is inset 1/8” from the front edge. The cornice is attached to the end panels with z-bars and bolts.The top is fitted with a 2” thick seat cushion.

Base: shelf is 3/4” thick engineered wood with select oak veneer face and 1/8” solid red oak front and rear band. The bottom shelf is attached with two screws.

Picture Book Option: Bench back and base shelf receive dadoed grooves to receive picture book dividers that are ¼” thick-engineered wood. Three picture book dividers/unit.

Toe assembly: is a 4” frame with 1” nine ply plywood face and side rails. The toe assembly is bolted to the end and intermediate panels using 5/16”-18 machine bolts.

Back: A 3/4” thick back MDF core back with veneer faces is set into each end panel assembly and glued providing support for the top.

Seat Cushion: The seat cushion is made up of 2” high-density foam over 1/2” plywood and attached to the cornice top with screws. Fabric is COM

Mobile option: A steel chassis fits to the inside of the toe assembly and the caster assembly is attached to the end panel with 5/16-18 machine bolts. The steel chassis provides a formed flanges under the toe and end panels for extra support. The casters are 2” diameter, non locking. The mobile bookstack seat sits 1/2” off of the floor.
